Inside Sales Engineer – Weighing Equipment

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to manage inbound sales inquiries with efficiency and expertise in our inside sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Inbound Inquiry Handling : Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Customer Guidance : Assist in product selection, focusing on technical and commercial aspects.
• Negotiation and Quotation : Lead discussions, prepare and send quotations or Proforma Invoices.
• Sales Closure : Follow-up to close sales and coordinate with teams for delivery.
• Record Maintenance : Keep accurate sales logs and reports.

Supportive Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits and create essential documents (Invoices, DOs, PLs, COOs).
• Ensure exemplary customer service and support business development activities

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Educational Background :

A University or Diploma degree, preferably in Engineering. Specializations in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electro-mechanical are highly valued.

• The degree must be attested by the UAE.
• Experience :

A minimum of 2 years of front-line sales experience, particularly in negotiating and closing deals.

• Must have more than 1 year of experience in sales of weighing equipment, industrial, commercial, or retail.
• Provision of experience certificates to validate sales experience.
• Skills and Abilities :

Ability to rapidly understand and effectively communicate our products and services.

• Good knowledge and overall awareness of mechatronics products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, especially in creating technical and commercial quotations, pricing, and cost calculations.
• Excellent online research skills.
• Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM).

• Fast self-learner with a confident personality.
• Detail-oriented.
• Must be 100% physically fit.
• Language Proficiency :

Fluent in English with a clear accent.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• UAE Driving License
• Experience with Industrial Weighing Scales
• Proficiency in Measuring Instruments and Gauges
• Fluency in Arabic
• Residency in an area with easy access to International City, or possession of a personal vehicle for commuting.
