In this strategic role with a global packaging innovation company, you will spearhead fragrance packaging expansion across the Middle East, building presence and profits within the thriving beauty and fragrance sector.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s Brand and Commercial Ambassador across the region
• Develop and execute commercial strategy for fragrance packaging across the Middle East
• Build a pipeline of regional fragrance brands, niche houses, and contract manufacturers
• Lead the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver custom packaging solutions
• Provide sales forecasting, margin analysis, and strategic account reporting
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client meetings
• Identify emerging trends to inform product innovation and development
