Our Spa Specialists play an important role in support of a number of vital Spa functions. At our hotels these associates work to build an experience that is memorable and unique with Spa services on the side. Our Spa Specialists take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their experience. Whether promoting Spa services or retail scheduling reservations and confirming appointments providing answers about services checking in guests or processing payments the Spa Specialist makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities

Provide spa services, promote spa services and retail, schedule reservations and confirm appointments, provide answers about services, check in guests, and process payments. Manage reservation software and read and visually verify information. Move and handle objects up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and navigate areas with varying surfaces. Maintain professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communications; follow company policies and procedures to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience : No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience : No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification : None
