Overview
We're looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a hybrid professional with a strong focus on functional expertise (70%) and a solid technical foundation (30%).
This role is perfect for someone who has led at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations and is ready to work across a variety of modules to deliver comprehensive HR Responsibilities :
Responsibilities
- Functional Implementation : Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- \u200bYou\'ll be responsible for configuring and deploying various modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, and OTL (Oracle Time and Labor).
- Technical Development : Use your technical skills to support functional configurations. This includes developing and maintaining Fast Formulas, using HDL (Human Capital Management Data Loader) for data loading, and creating custom reports with BI / OTBI (Business Intelligence / Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
- Solution Strategy : Work with stakeholders to design a solution that meets business needs. You\'ll use your expertise in Oracle HCM to identify opportunities for process improvement and system Skills :
Qualifications
Core Modules : Expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, and OTL.Development Tools : Proficiency with Fast Formulas, HDL, and reporting tools like BI / OTBI.Hands-on experience with Redwood Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is a plus.Implementation : A proven track record of managing at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.Integration : Understanding of Oracle's integration methods to connect HCM with other & Education :Education
Experience : A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.Education : A Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business Administration is preferred(ref : hirist.tech)
