Position Details

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Manager in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training. We are open to considering immigrants with no prior experience in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
• Proven experience in similar roles (not mandatory for immigrants)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems quickly
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws
