Health and Safety Manager | AFGRE | Dubai

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of HSE services within AFGRE - DFC, maintaining safe operations, and addressing HSE concerns promptly with Senior Management.

Key Accountabilities :

• Coordinate with AFGRE management to ensure understanding of DFC HSE requirements at all levels.
• Plan, direct, and supervise HSE functions within DFC.
• Establish and implement a HSE management system.
• Maintain AFGRE Lesson Learned and Toolbox Talks to ensure staff understanding.
• Develop and manage Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across DFC.
• Collaborate with authorities, insurance companies, suppliers, and contractors to ensure safety compliance and resolve HSE matters.

Technical & Professional :

Budget Control : Prepare and monitor HSE expenses across all SPV.

Contract Management : Manage contracts with HSE service providers in coordination with FM, Finance, and Commercial departments, ensuring expenses are tracked.
