Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Real Estate Broker / Sales Manager in Dubai to join our team. We have two positions : off-plan and secondary real estate specialist!

What we will provide

Official employment upon successful completion of your internship;
Leads, marketing support and help with listings;
Reimbursement of travel expenses for brokerage tours (training with developers);
Corporate communications - a working SIM card with international calling.

Responsibilities

Apartment viewings with your Clients;

Discover Clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria;

Negotiate living space rent and close deal with Client;

Creating product listings based on Client requests.

Working conditions

For off-plan brokers : 40% commission for our leads, 80% for personal leads;

For secondary real estate brokers : 50% commission for our leads, 50% for personal leads.

Qualifications

1-2 years' of sales experience for off-plan position, no experience for secondary real estate position;

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
