As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help us attract, screen, and onboard exceptional talent across both companies — from guest relations and operations to sales agents and administrative roles.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers across both LIVBNB and LIVSTATE to identify recruitment needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements tailored to each role.
- Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for culture and role fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and leadership teams.
- Maintain a structured candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication at every stage.
- Manage candidate data and track hiring activities through internal tools or ATS.
- Support employer branding by promoting LIVBNB and LIVSTATE on professional platforms and during networking events.
- Assist with onboarding processes and coordinate first-day logistics for new hires.
