What you'll do
- Recruitment Management : Handle full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar roles, including direct hires, agency hires, and bulk recruitment.
- Screening & Shortlisting : Screen and shortlist candidates based on job specifications and requirements.
- Direct Hiring : Manage bulk hires using methods such as walk-in interviews to attract candidates.
- Agency Management : Manage relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure quality candidates.
- Referral Program Oversight : Promote and manage the employee referral program to drive sourcing quality.
- Bulk Hiring Coordination : Coordinate bulk recruitment drives locally in the UAE, ensuring timely sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidate Communication : Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Reporting & Documentation : Maintain records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work with hiring managers to align job descriptions, candidate profiles, and timelines.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on UAE market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to inform strategies.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes.Proficiency in Arabic (an advantage).Minimum 3 years as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or similar role with a focus on blue-collar direct recruitment, agency hires, and bulk hiring in the UAE.Strong understanding of local UAE labor laws and recruitment processes.Experience recruiting across a wide range of job functions, especially blue-collar roles.Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.A proactive, results-oriented mindset.Who will excel
