Job Purpose

Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and holistic management of acute and chronic conditions. Ensure high clinical standards, patient satisfaction, and effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care : Provide evidence-based primary care, manage chronic diseases, conduct assessments, order / interpret tests, and perform minor procedures.
• Prevention : Administer vaccinations, screenings, and wellness counseling.
• Patient Experience : Foster trust, ensure continuity of care, educate patients / families, and maintain clear, compassionate communication.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate EMRs, document diagnoses / treatments, and participate in audits and peer reviews.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with clinical / admin staff, support junior staff, and assist with onboarding.
• Compliance : Adhere to UAE healthcare regulations, ensure confidentiality, and support infection control and safety protocols.
• Quality & Development : Stay updated with medical advances, attend CME, engage in quality improvement, and provide feedback on processes.
