Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor buses drivers’ behaviors in the field within bus stations and right of way.
• Ensure 24 / 7 availability at all bus stations.
• Supervise and monitor assets of RTA, ensuring non-entitled users are penalized according to regulations.
• Monitor daily activities of investors and strategic stakeholders to ensure task completion.
• Implement instructions, circulars, and service change orders from management.
• Ensure cleanliness of buses and station facilities daily.
• Coordinate with the control center on bus schedules, accidents, and disruptions affecting operations and customer satisfaction.
• Receive and report driver and customer observations regarding station services.
• Transfer findings to relevant departments following procedures.
• Notify operations supervisors of issues that could improve service quality.
• Conduct field training for new staff at bus stations.
• Monitor health and safety procedures and station equipment.

Qualifications
