Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving sales targets. This position requires someone who can work independently and be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed correctly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
- Build relationships with customers, develop a customer base, identify potential opportunities for growth, and design innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Set goals, track performance, create reports on sales performance, and develop new products or services to meet customer needs.
- Utilize knowledge of market trends to develop strategies that maximize revenue potential in the region.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Apply a solid understanding of marketing principles to sales activities.
Qualifications

Salary : 1300 AED per month. Open to consideration for foreigners as well as local candidates.
