Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Dubai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.

Client Discovery & Engagement

• Initiate conversations with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels
• Understand client needs and guide them toward solutions that fit
• Build lasting relationships with existing clients to drive retention and satisfaction
• Process orders with precision, checking pricing, setup, delivery timelines and resolving any hiccups
• Respond to general product inquiries and provide stellar support or escalate technical queries when needed
• Channel new customers appropriately, ensuring seamless onboarding in collaboration with field sales
• Conduct market research to track industry trends and stay ahead of the competition
• Relay customer insights to improve offerings and influence strategy
