We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team as a Digital Sales Representative focused on IT B2B sales for cloud products. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in inside sales with a strong background in selling cloud solutions and IT products. This role involves driving sales through digital channels, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities for cloud products through digital channels, including email, social media, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the cloud product segment.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud technology and industry trends.
Requirements
Experience
3 years of experience in IT B2B inside sales, with a focus on cloud products and solutions.
Skills / Scope
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a digital sales environment., Strong knowledge of cloud products and services, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills., Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and handle objections effectively., Strong analytical skills and experience with sales reporting and CRM tools.
