الوصف الوظيفيFunctional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) Microscopic ear surgery and laryngoscopy Head & neck reconstructive surgery Interpret diagnostic tests including CT / MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for integrated care. Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient management with a focus on evidence-based practice. Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and contribute to departmental protocol development. Certification : Board-certified in Otolaryngology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent) Licensure : DHA license or eligibility required Experience : Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting Proven expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT cases Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills Commitment to continuous professional development and patient safety Competitive tax-free salary (AED 70,000–90,000 / month depending on experience) Annual performance bonus Housing allowance or accommodation Family medical insurance CME allowance and paid study leave Relocation support and visa sponsorship

We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified ENT Consultant with extensive experience in Otolaryngology to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence across both surgical and non-surgical ENT care, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered outcomes.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head & neck tumors.
- Perform advanced ENT procedures such as :
Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty
