Drive the identification process for potential opportunities, sourcing and screening new investments from origination to execution.

Act as a day-to-day asset manager for portfolio assets, shaping and developing strategy.

Build and manage relationships with current and prospective clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Prepare and present investment proposals and updates to senior management and investment committees.

Who we are looking for

• Experienced investment professional from a top-tier special situations, hybrid capital, or tactical solutions investment team, with deal experience incorporating both equity and credit elements.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end deal origination and execution across the capital structure in complex situations.
• Deep industry knowledge across a variety of financial instruments.
• Versatile communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt effectively to suit the specific needs and preferences of various audiences.
• The ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
