We are representing an exceptional opportunity with a government-backed private equity fund based in Abu Dhabi. The team specialises in buyouts within the technology sector, specifically within the industrials value chain. The fund has a global investment scope and is seeking to expand its team with an investment professional. This role requires full relocation to Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

• Participate in critical elements of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of investment materials.
• Present and discuss investment opportunities with senior team members.
• Develop and articulate comprehensive investment theses and memos.
• Manage and optimise existing investment portfolios globally.
• Work in a small, lean team with a great deal of autonomy.
