The Integration Engineer at Tabby plays a crucial role in facilitating seamless integration of our BNPL products with merchant partners. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to ensure successful integrations and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with merchants to understand their requirements and guide them through integrating Tabby’s APIs, website plugins, and mobile SDKs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Work closely with internal teams – including Sales, Account Management, Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers – to align on integration objectives and address technical challenges.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for merchants, troubleshooting integration issues, conducting initial problem analysis, and coordinating with development teams to implement solutions.
• Establish monitoring systems to oversee integration performance, ensure continuous operation, and participate in incident management related to integrations and payments.
• Develop technical content, including documentation and demos, to educate customers on implementing specific use cases and best practices with Tabby’s products.
