Senior Director Regional Procurement MEA

Overview

Senior Director, Regional Procurement MEA at Hilton Supply Management (HSM) leads the strategic direction and operational execution of procurement across the Middle East and Africa for Hilton brands in the region. This role reports to the Vice President EMEA for Hilton Supply Management and drives value, efficiency, and alignment with global procurement standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all procurement and supply chain operations across the Middle East and Africa.
• Partner with key stakeholders to onboard new ownership groups, management companies, and hotel operators onto HSM programs.
• Lead a team of four Regional Directors and manage HSM field offices in Dubai, Cairo, Jeddah, and Johannesburg, supporting 140+ operational hotels and 135 pipeline projects across 39 countries.
• Oversee contractual negotiations for supply programs to align with Hilton’s strategic sourcing objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the Hilton supply chain, focusing on consolidating goods and services to achieve economies of scale and reduce total cost of acquisition.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure full compliance with Hilton’s Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee procurement and spend management platform implementations (e.g., BirchStreet, SmartSpend / Coupa) for consistency and transparency.
• Collaborate with the broader EMEA leadership team to align with category management, customer engagement, and in-market GPO sales priorities.
• Lead procurement support for multi-country hotel openings, group contracts, and supply chain strategies for new markets to scale with regional growth.
