Senior Human Resources Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human capital strategy and nurture an engaging, high-performing workplace. You will be instrumental in building a robust HR framework that aligns with our values and ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a full-cycle HR strategy workforce planning, onboarding / induction, development programs, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture rooted in trust, transparency, and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations; update internal policies accordingly.
• Lead performance review processes and deliver leadership coaching.
• Create and run employee engagement initiatives training, workshops, recognition programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and feedback to drive data-informed improvement.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and uphold high organizational morale.
• Guide HR operations including compensation, benefits, visa / work permits, and HRIS.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align People strategies with business goals.
