We are currently seeking a qualified and caring Assistant Nurse to join our team and support our patients with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist registered nurses and doctors in providing basic medical care to patients at home
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in health status
• Support with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Administer medication as directed and ensure timely documentation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Follow care plans and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the medical team
