Role Purpose

Why this role matters :

Technology is at the heart of seamless operations, innovation, and digital transformation across Beyond ONE and its regional entities. The IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that the core IT infrastructure systems and end-user services at the Dubai headquarters are fully operational, secure, and scalable. In addition, this role acts as a central coordinating function across our Operating Companies (OPCOs) in the GCC and LATAM regions, aligning enterprise IT capabilities and standards for technology service delivery, governance, and support.

• Ensure smooth IT operations at the Dubai headquarters while aligning service management practices across GCC and LATAM regions.
• Drive IT infrastructure improvements that enhance security, scalability, and performance.
• Build strong vendor relationships and optimize service delivery to meet business needs.
