Description

We have an opening for a contract career coach based in Dubai to support our Relocation and Outplacement solutions. We support employees who are relocating due to their company7s initiatives. Our coaches assist the employees / families with integration into the new area, and the accompanying spouses / partners with job search strategies to help them find new employment / career opportunities or career continuation.

The coach works in a 1 : 1 capacity with the program participants by using IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology. This is a part-time, contract, and working from home / remote position, approximately 10-15 hours per month .

• Establishes rapport with program participants and motivates them to achieve goals.
• Guides participants through coaching process and milestone completion.
• Advises and coaches career development, transition issues and career options.
• Coaches on CV / r E9sum E9 writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing and negotiating.
• Maintains electronic service delivery record for each employee serviced, according to the internal guide.
• Monitors progress of participants, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge and dealing with personal issues that are affecting their careers.
