Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex laboratory test results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
- Conduct consultations with clinicians regarding patient cases and the appropriate use of laboratory tests.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of laboratory procedures and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead laboratory staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.

- Stay abreast of advancements in clinical pathology and implement relevant changes to laboratory practices.
Requirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Pathology.Valid medical license to practice in the state.Board certification in Clinical Pathology preferred.A minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical pathology setting.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in laboratory diagnostics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.Commitment to educational outreach and mentoring within the laboratory environment.
