Sales Executive

Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in plastic manufacturing and sales , particularly in flexible packaging solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling a wide range of heavy-duty to light-duty packaging products used across industries including petrochemicals, mortar, glass, additives, agriculture, food, and construction .

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate business opportunities.

Promote and present company products to prospective clients.

Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals .

Support sales order processing , including handling customer transactions and service inquiries via phone and email.

Maintain and update client database, develop new business, and nurture long-term client relationships.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure effective follow-up.

Act as a key point of contact between the company and its existing / potential clients.

Establish direct contact with customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Handle client complaints or objections professionally.

Provide regular sales reports and market updates to management.

Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure adequate stock availability for demonstrations and timely delivery coordination.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Strong presentation, negotiation, and prospecting skills .

Excellent sales planning and client relationship management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
