We are seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the construction industry. The role involves overseeing project execution from planning to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.

We are also seeking a Discipline Lead - Dry Utilities Design to support infrastructure projects in GCC, focusing on dry utilities networks including power (MV / LV), substations, renewable energy, pumping stations, street lighting, and telecommunications.
