SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER (BIM / GIS / SMART CITIES / DIGITAL TWIN)

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is hiring an Information Manager – Site Ops for our Middle East Site Ops delivery team. This role spans internal process improvements and management of construction project delivery supervision. The successful candidate should be a people-, process- and technology-focused individual whose main duty will be to ensure that the project delivery teams adhere to agreed standards and best industry methodologies. The candidate will also actively support project teams on proposals and project delivery.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in architecture or engineering and 8+ years’ experience in the AEC industry, preferably with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Middle East region, with an engineering / design consultancy, PMC or contractor.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects (Information Management).
• Information Management certification from a relevant institution e.g. BRE, Operam Academy, RICS etc.
• Software certification such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro, Fuzor etc. is desirable.
• Good knowledge of LOD 300-500 industry standard.
• Contractor’s experience is advantageous with an understanding of driving project digital delivery from design, construction to handover stage.
• Demonstrable experience of working with various stakeholders (such as but not limited to contractors, consultants, PMCs, vendors and clients).
