Senior Site Architect

الوصف الوظيفيEnsure that the design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. Review and approve architectural plans, shop drawings, and material specifications to guarantee compliance with design standards. Resolve any design discrepancies or construction issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction aligns with architectural drawings and specifications. Oversee the quality control processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and local regulations. Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding architectural aspects of the project. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or modifications to the project. Maintain accurate records of all on-site activities, including progress reports, design changes, and material specifications. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing project status and design developments. Ensure that all relevant documentation is stored and accessible for future reference. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to integrate architectural and engineering designs. Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring the team's development and adherence to best practices. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site based architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role on-site. Proven experience managing large-scale Tower residential and mixed use building projects from design through construction. Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles. Mid-Senior level Full-time Design Architecture and Planning Interior Design

As a Senior Site Architect, you will lead the on-site architectural team, providing expert guidance throughout the construction phase. Your role will involve ensuring that the architectural design intent is maintained throughout the project while adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural activities on-site to ensure design implementation aligns with project objectives.
- Provide technical direction and coordination among stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and contractors.
