What will your role look like

• Work alongside technical teams to maintain methods, tools, and standards.
• Monitor operational availability and performance.
• Support new solutions for maintaining and monitoring operations according to existing guidelines and policies.
• Ensure change management processes are followed as defined in the global process.
• Define processes for local operational responsibility.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and gain buy-in for implementation.
• Oversee monitoring and systems management processes in their area of responsibility.
• Liaise with local / regional / global practices as appropriate on behalf of the respective customer.
• Support completeness, adequacy, viability, and cost-effectiveness of business continuity and disaster recovery, ensuring backup for the response team following ITSCM guidelines.
• Deputize for the respective manager when required.
