We are looking for a motivated and bilingual (Arabic-English) Sales Executive to drive business growth by building relationships with developers, property managers, and individual buyers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate or construction industry and be confident in presenting technical services to Arabic-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits in Arabic and English.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, and property management firms.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with inspection engineers to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on sales performance.
- Research market trends and competitor offerings to inform outreach strategies.
- Support the company’s expansion into new markets, including participation in conventions and expos.
- Contribute to the development of tailored service packages for different client segments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, construction, or technical services.Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Familiarity with property inspection services is a plus.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Seniority level
