Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant, based in Dubai. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing tailored property recommendations, guiding clients through real estate transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The consultant will also participate in sales training sessions to enhance their skills and stay updated on market trends and property listings.

What You’ll Do
- Advise and guide clients through off-plan property investments in Dubai.
- Prospect new leads through networking, social media, referrals, and events.
- Present investment opportunities with confidence and clarity.
- Negotiate and close deals with investors and buyers.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat and referral business.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, deals, and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
