Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Dubai. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, compiling and presenting market analysis reports, managing client relationships, negotiating property deals, and staying informed about the latest market trends and developments. The role also involves coordinating with legal, financial, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales and consulting
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct detailed market analysis and present findings
• Familiarity with property management and rental processes
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems
• A valid real estate license in Dubai is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
