SENIOR PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

Job Requirements :

• Undergraduate engineering degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 8 years GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in Enabling Reclamation, Infrastructure, Housing, and mixed-use projects.
• Client-side experience managing PMCs, LDCs, Cost Consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Strong experience in Project Control Management (PCM) of major capital projects.
• Pre-contract experience managing design and procurement activities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing resources within the local Project Control team.
• Proven technical writing skills in English and experience developing project control processes and procedures.
• PMP or other professional certifications.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Primavera P6, ACONEX, and Oracle suite.
• Sound knowledge of project controls practices, including cost, risk, change management, and earned value management.
• Extensive knowledge of reporting practices, dashboards, and KPIs.
