We are seeking an Insurance Agent responsible for increasing our insurance penetration, developing finance partners, and expanding our insurance brokerage. The role involves working between the company and clients to achieve auto finance and insurance targets, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills to enhance closing ratios.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment.

In this role, you will :

• Be target-oriented and a strong closer.
• Communicate effectively with clients to complete their finance and insurance needs.
• Collaborate with banks, insurance brokers, and transfer teams to ensure vehicle transfer success.
• Identify client objections and offer appropriate solutions.
• Assist clients with queries via phone, email, or during viewings.
• Understand the motor market and its diverse audiences.
• Increase partnerships with banks and insurance brokers.
• Promote rates that meet customer needs.
• Assess customer needs thoroughly before offering products.
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients (sellers and buyers).
• Prepare daily reports on finance and insurance updates, deals closed, and pipeline status.
