What You Will Do

• Answer the telephones professionally and in a manner, including transferring and routing misdirected calls and taking messages at any given time.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure call and email volumes are managed efficiently; complete administrative duties and maximize productivity.
• Comply with Four Seasons standards, work harmoniously with co-workers, provide accurate and individualized information to guests.
• Have knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage products and services.
• Review daily reservation accuracy; follow up on lost business and inform department superiors.
• Spot-check reservations from the previous day and check VIP arrivals.
• Implement a daily track sheet for AM and PM bookings.
• Work in close relation with all Department Heads; assist operationally during peaks or seasonal events and maintain knowledge across outlets and departments.
• Daily sales calls with regular guests and new business opportunities; seek ways to assist outlet management to maximize revenues and profits.
• Monitor and report quality and guest satisfaction using Leading Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction surveys; assist in handling guest complaints.
• Monitor and analyze activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars, and other hotel banqueting departments.
• Support the implementation of corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, traditions and initiatives.
