Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Maintenance Manager (Machinery & Vehicles) to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of technicians and ensure that all machinery and tools operate efficiently and safely to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage preventive and productive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Inspect equipment and vehicles to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, and ensure timely procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, engineering, operations) to improve reliability and reduce disruptions.
• Prepare budgets, manage maintenance costs, and track KPIs (e.g., downtime, response time).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, including service logs and inspection documentation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.
