Job Description : HSE Engineer

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is seeking a talented HSE Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will advise and assist Project and Construction Management in developing, implementing, and managing major project safety plans.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Advise and assist the senior construction site representative in establishing and managing ESHARP Management and Parsons SH&E processes, identifying and controlling hazards to persons and property.
• Audit and inspect the job site to detect and correct safety hazards.
• Supervise first aid personnel in providing care to injured or ill personnel.
• Audit accident records and prepare periodic audit reports.
• Conduct accident investigations and prepare reports.
• Represent management during safety inspections by regulatory authorities or insurance carriers.
• Review and distribute safety inspection reports with corrective actions.
• Oversee safety orientation and training for new hires.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in safety planning.
• Perform additional responsibilities as appropriate.
