Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations and workers on-site
• Assign duties and monitor progress of work
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and work progress
• Resolve on-site issues and report to management
