Global Procurement Manager (Manufacturing) — Location : Based in Dubai with global scope. Global Talent Acquisition and People Development, Dubai-based supporting EU, US, Mexico and UAE.

About the Role

Armeton is seeking an experienced Global Procurement Manager to lead and optimise our global sourcing strategy. This role is critical in delivering the best value in cost, quality, and sustainability , while driving innovation and efficiency across multiple countries. You will shape group-wide procurement processes, negotiate with global suppliers, and support new plant expansions, ensuring operational excellence and compliance at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement a centralised procurement strategy across all plants
• Lead supplier negotiations for cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability
• Drive innovation in sourcing , introducing new and repurposed materials
• Standardise procurement processes and tools for global efficiency
• Manage supplier performance , mitigate risks, and ensure compliance
• Support new plant openings with procurement planning and onboarding
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, R&D, and Operations to align with business needs
