Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and oversee all recreational activities and events for guests.
• Supervise and motivate the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all recreational facilities and equipment are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to create memorable experiences and promote guest participation.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and inventory related to recreation programs.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
• Previous experience as a Recreation Manager or in a similar leadership role in luxury resorts, hotels, or leisure clubs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recreation programming, fitness, and leisure activities.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
