We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates and contribute to developing solutions that help clients increase conversions and achieve better results using technology.
Overview
Key Account Manager role focused on building relationships with clients and media agencies, planning and optimizing campaigns, and driving sales growth in the UAE market.
You will be responsible for
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and media agencies by understanding their needs, resolving challenges, and working closely with C-level executives to exceed expectations
- Planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns, continuously optimizing them to achieve client goals
- Executing the sales plan by upselling to clients and presenting ad products and services that align with their needs
- Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure smooth workflows, promptly addressing campaign payments and operational issues to demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness
- Initiating and driving projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development to deliver business insights and support sustainable growth, helping exceed sales targets
- Managing local marketing activities aligned with annual sales goals, supporting partner field activities, and ensuring they contribute effectively to business objectives
