The role
You will be an early member of the sales team, playing a key role in shaping sales processes and team culture. This role is ideal for someone passionate about payments and consultative sales, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, and eager to make an impact.
Responsibilities include :
- Pipeline Management : Build and manage your sales pipeline targeting global enterprise companies interested in the MENA region, such as trading platforms, payment platforms, social media, payroll, and more.
- Lead Generation : Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new leads aligned with our target market.
- Inbound Sales : Handle all inbound leads via various channels (e.g., website).
- Hit Targets : Create sales forecasts and plans to achieve annual and quarterly company goals.
- Solution Selling : Educate prospects on how payments work in MENA and how Fuse can localize their payment stacks.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ownership of Accounts : Manage the transition from sales to implementation and customer success teams.
- Account Management : Ensure clients successfully go live with Fuse and start generating volumes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Provide feedback from prospects to internal teams like product and marketing.
Must have
3-5 years of experience in outbound B2B sales.Experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment.Proven success in closing large-scale deals with enterprise clients.Ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-growth startup setting.Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.Nice to have
