Overview
My client are seeking a Sales Director to lead their sales team in Dubai, spearhead strategic initiatives, and ensure the team consistently exceeds sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategies : Design and implement comprehensive sales plans for the UAE and global markets, focusing on revenue targets, profitability, and market share expansion.
- Global Market Expansion : Identify and assess new international markets and craft entry strategies with risk mitigation measures.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team. Set KPIs, monitor monthly performance, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, finance, and development teams to align goals and execute strategies seamlessly.
- Sales Reporting : Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership, including analysis of key metrics and recommendations for growth.
- Broker Network Development : Build and manage a global network of brokers and agents, providing strategic support and resources to drive sales.
- Post-Sales & Client Experience : Oversee post-sales activities and customer satisfaction (CSAT), ensuring exceptional event and client experiences.
