The Role
We are looking for an experienced Secondary Sales Director – Real Estate to help drive our expansion in the secondary market. Backed by our extensive off-plan client base, exclusive property listings, and strong brand reputation, you’ll have the resources to deliver exceptional results while building and leading a high-performing sales team. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive market and wants to scale an already strong business into a true market leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of secondary market property consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive new business using our extensive off-plan client database and established networks.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Utilize Property Finder , Bayut , CRM platforms, and Google Workspace to manage leads and maximize performance.
- Work closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to keep the team ahead.
- Prepare regular performance updates and sales forecasts for management.
- Recruit and onboard additional property consultants to expand the secondary sales team and increase market coverage.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 4 years of brokerage experience in Dubai real estate, mainly focused on the secondary market.Proven managerial or team leadership experience in sales.Ability to close own deals and develop strategic sales initiatives.Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Ability to train and develop property consultants.In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property laws, processes, and transaction lifecycle.Skilled in Property Finder, Bayut, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.Valid RERA license and UAE driving license (mandatory).What We Offer
