As a driven Sales Manager , you play a key role in building strong and lasting partnerships. Every day, you strive for a win-win between our clients and Damaco Group. You manage strategic customer relationships and ensure the seamless integration of their needs with our capabilities. You lead commercial negotiations, offering both our in-house productions and a wide range of trading products.
Your main client base includes the meat processing industry, frozen food importers, and the feed industry . You recognize commercial opportunities—not only with existing customers, but also by identifying and converting potential long-term clients.
You are responsible for correctly and efficiently handling customer orders and maintaining accurate customer files, ensuring the timely and optimal availability of our products in line with customer demands and company goals.

Achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Actively seek and approach new potential clients
Strengthen regular contact and collaboration with suppliers
Work closely with internal teams across the group
Gather and analyze market trends and intelligence
Willingness to travel as required
Your profile
Native Vietnamese and fluent in English
Minimum 3 years of experience in international frozen meat trading
Able to work both independently and in a team
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Professional, mature, and respectful working attitude
