Planning Steel Officer

Support Planning Engineer in the development of the annual maintenance budgets in coordination with respective section for all equipment and facilities within Offshore Facilities annual production and maintenance plans Collecting all the historical data reports in terms of technical and financial perspective by liaising with the execution team for ready reference in budget process Communicate and Coordinate with the site execution team for tracking the routine planned activities for the preparation of reports and plan for respective planning engineer review Effectively manage maintenance records History reports technical references OEM documents etc Utilize project management tools to track progress against milestones and KPIs Ensure that all incidents are updated in the Incident tracker Furthermore they support planning engineer by close coordinating with the respective section to conduct or collect Incident RCA Root Cause Analysis report from Integrity section ensure that all observations made during inspections or Unit overhauling must be recorded in the ATS Also ATS shall be updated with the action items from incidents finding from audits Safety Observations Near Miss etc which will cater in an effective monitoring and tracking of all the actions in the section monitor stock and usage levels of spares consumables and materials to ensure that items are available to meet requirements and communicate status to respective section in order to facilitate timely replenishment of stocks Warehouse Inventory Monitoring of available Spare and ensure Maintaining of Min Max Items in Warehouse to meet all the requirements Any additional materials identified in work order closing to be included in the inventory items Annual Review Check the stock available annually to assess inventory levels monitor fluctuations in supply and demand and advise procurement strategies accordingly Monitor the status of material procurement process to meet the timely execution of planned works and inform the Planning engineer for any delays or backlogs identified for expediting Company Profile TYCHE HR Consultancy is a leading human resource consultancy specializing in recruitment sourcing headhunting for permanent placements outsourcing local and overseas hiring Our team of experienced professionals works tirelessly to match the right talent with the right opportunities helping businesses thrive and individuals succeed With a strong network and an innovative approach to talent acquisition we provide topnotch HR solutions tailored to our clients unique needs Whether you are looking to build your dream team or take the next step in your career TYCHE HR Consultancy is here to support you every step of the way
