We are seeking an experienced WMS Specialist to lead the implementation integration and optimization of our Warehouse Management System (LFS AS400) and related tools across the IMEA region. This role involves developing and testing EDI / REST API interfaces designing operational documents creating live dashboards and delivering end-user training. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements manage change requests and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have expert-level WMS knowledge strong technical integration skills and a proven track record in logistics system implementations. About the Job

• Implement configure and ensure compliance with the Warehouse Management System (LFS AS400) and related WMS tools.
• Lead customer-facing WMS and integration projects across the IMEA region.
• Develop and test EDI and REST API interfaces using platforms like LobsterData.
• Design and configure operational documents and labels via BarTender and Jasper.
• Create detailed user requirement specifications and training documentation.
• Conduct IT workshops with customers to gather requirements and understand systems in depth.
• Deliver end-user training and upskill key users and operational teams.
• Create live operational dashboards using PowerBI and SQL databases.
