Responsibilities

  • Develop the membership offering for asset management firms in EMEA.
  • Refine and build sales messaging, client benefits, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Achieve revenue and contract goals for this new product set.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Convert leads into Partnerships members through new relationships with prospective clients.
  • Ensure best-in-class client service, ensuring high renewal rates.
  • Build a pipeline of new members and update systems to provide visibility to leadership.
  • Attend in-person retreats for networking purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with product offerings and market demands.
  • Participate in industry forums and networks to enhance the company's visibility and influence.

Requirements :

  • Knowledge and connections within the asset management industry in Europe and the Middle East.
  • Significant sales experience in business development, exceeding targets and goals.
  • Experience in commercial success for events within the EMEA region.
  • Experience in achieving goals for launch events.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • High personal integrity, and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness for international travel to meet partners and attend industry events.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • An enthusiastic, highly motivated indvidual
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
