Responsibilities
- Develop the membership offering for asset management firms in EMEA.
- Refine and build sales messaging, client benefits, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Achieve revenue and contract goals for this new product set.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
- Convert leads into Partnerships members through new relationships with prospective clients.
- Ensure best-in-class client service, ensuring high renewal rates.
- Build a pipeline of new members and update systems to provide visibility to leadership.
- Attend in-person retreats for networking purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with product offerings and market demands.
- Participate in industry forums and networks to enhance the company's visibility and influence.
Requirements :
Knowledge and connections within the asset management industry in Europe and the Middle East.Significant sales experience in business development, exceeding targets and goals.Experience in commercial success for events within the EMEA region.Experience in achieving goals for launch events.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.High personal integrity, and strong work ethic.Willingness for international travel to meet partners and attend industry events.Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.An enthusiastic, highly motivated indvidualKnowledge of Salesforce.Does this sound like you?
