What you\'ll do

As a Supervisor with the Dorchester Collection, you will lead daily operations to safeguard our residents, guests, employees, and assets. This pivotal role combines operational oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring our Host personnel deliver service that exceeds expectations while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
