Senior Partnership & Ecosystem Consultant (Telco) – Riyadh. Norconsult Telematics is seeking a senior professional to lead transformative alliance strategies, drive ecosystem expansion, and position the organization as a leader in digital services innovation within the GCC / KSA telecom ecosystem.

Spearhead alliance strategies for a mega telco operator in GCC / KSA. Drive ecosystem expansion and go-to-market excellence. Position the organization as a leader in digital services innovation.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Architect partnership strategies with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), tech vendors (Ericsson, Huawei), and ecosystem partners (fintech, OTT platforms). Focus on 5G, IoT, and edge computing solutions.
- Lead co-creation initiatives to develop joint go-to-market models. Build scalable alliance frameworks to achieve 15%+ revenue growth.
- Provide strategic counsel on legal frameworks (NDAs, IP agreements), commercial models (revenue-sharing, SLAs), and operational integration. Ensure alignment with KSA’s CITC regulations and Vision 2030.
- Foster high-impact partnerships with C-level stakeholders. Leverage analytics to optimize ecosystem performance (e.g., 25+ active alliances).
- Drive thought leadership in regional telco ecosystems. Represent the organization at industry forums and summits.
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years in strategic partnership management or business development. Telecom or tech sector experience in GCC required.Proven track record in delivering high-value partnerships. Achieved outcomes like 20%+ revenue uplift or 30+ partner integrations.Deep expertise in GCC / KSA markets. Strong understanding of Vision 2030 digital transformation priorities.Advanced skills in Salesforce, partnership ROI modeling, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Seniority level
